How do I suggest or contribute a topic for the conference?
If you'd like to suggest a topic for a future conference, we would highly appreciate if you can fill out the event form here. Someone will get back to you a.s.a.p with more information.
How can I be a speaker for upcoming events?

Conference Registration
How do I register for the conference?
To register for our events, please locate the program on our main page and complete the registration form online or request a full brochure at registration@inno-qube.com and fax us the registration form.
How will I get confirmation of my registration?
When we receive your registration we will process it and sent you a confirmation letter via email. If you register online, you will receive an automated email response directly following your registration.
Will I get a copy of material presented during the conference?
All registered delegate and partners (except media and press partners) will receive a CD-Rom documentation for presented topic the event on the day of the conference.
Why should I register early?
Registering early means you are able to enjoy the early bird discount. Furthermore, our meeting is of limited allocation and seating placements are on first come, first served basis. Registering early also helps you to arrange your schedule effectively while making flight and accommodation arrangements.
What is the payment method upon registration?
When registering with InnoQube event via online or with sales representative, we will process your application and issue an e-invoice to be sent to you in order to arrange bank transfer. InnoQube also accept payment via credit card preferably using Visa and MasterCard.
Who will arrange the flight and accommodation?
Delegates are responsible for the arrangements and payments of their travel and accommodation expenses. Please note that InnoQube has arranged a special room rate at the hotel where the conference will take place. This information will be forwarded to all participants if you wish to stay at the same venue.
What if I can’t make it during the conference day, what is the cancellation or substitution policy? What is the company’s cancellation policy if a conference is cancelled or postponed and what is the method of cancellation on the attendees’ part in the event of not being able to attend?
You may substitute delegates at any time by providing reasonable advance notice to InnoQube. For any cancellations received in writing not less than ten (10) working days prior to the conference, you will receive a 90% credit to be used at another InnoQube conference which must occur within one year from the date of issuance of such credit. An administration fee of 10% of the contract fee will be retained by InnoQube for all permitted cancellations. No credit will be issued for any cancellations occurring within five (5) working days prior to the conference.
In the event that InnoQube cancels or postponed an event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. You may use this credit for another InnoQube event to be mutually agreed with InnoQube, which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.
Except as specified above, no credits will be issued for cancellations. There are no refunds given under any circumstances.
InnoQube is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. InnoQube shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather or other emergency. Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, InnoQube reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.
